Shipping times depends on shipping courier and how fast they deliver the packages.
We pack the products as soon as we receive the order and hand it to the courier.
We at A&S Perfumes take care of our customers and we make sure your package delevers to you with no delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For products that are opened,usage, or damage no Refunds.
For products unopen,unused, or undamaged Refund will be issued
before 2 days of date of purchase. After 2 days no refunds sales are final.

for refunds products will need to be ship back to us in unopen,undamaged, and unused. Photos will need to be sent for us to know the condition of the product.
Once we receive the product then will the refund will be issued back to original payment method used.
Customers might be responsible to pay shipping charges to send products back to us.

Exchanges can be made if the product is unopened,unused and undamaged with receipt to show proof of purchase. If replacing product with another product that is more in price the difference of the amount will be charged. For example. If the products you are Exchanging is 80 dollars and the other product is 120 dollars you will be charged 40 dollars. If Exchange with same price product then it will be equal Exchange. Tax might be charged if not same price product.
